Rebrand a credit union to help them appeal to a younger demographic.


CommunityAmerica, a credit union based in Kansas and Missouri, was looking to revamp their persona to appeal to a more youthful demographic. With the addition of new technology tools, they wanted to compete with the online banking services like PayPal and Venmo, so Pivot worked to create concepts that felt newer and bolder, but wouldn’t alienate their older customers.
